About Angelle
I am a catholic therapist dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, genuine, and trusted space for my clients and to provide them tools to navigate through difficult times, process emotions, experiences, and develop plans to achieve their goals. Together, we can create practical strategies for success in everyday living.
I have over 20 years of experience providing services to youth, young adults, and parents. In addition, I have supported and worked with vulnerable populations such as victims of crime, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
My therapy approach is diverse and focused on using Cognitive Behavioral, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused and Psychodynamic therapies. I work with each client using the methods best for them and their needs. Whenever possible, I work to include the teachings and beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church. God is the ultimate healer and I deeply believe the most effective way to overcome any challenge is to allow God to help be a part of the counseling and treatment goals.

About Liz
I joined the Accendo team in 2023 as an administrative assistant. I have lived in Colorado for the past 34 years, so I'm partially a native. My husband and I have two boys and a goldendoodle named Ginger. In my spare time, I like to read, hang out with friends, and travel. I also love hiking and skiing in our beautiful mountains! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and I have enjoyed various administrative jobs over the years. I enjoy
problem-solving and research. I love my Catholic faith, and I'm always trying to grow in my understanding of our Church teachings. I'm
excited to work with Angelle as she works with you!
Mission Statement
Our Mission:
Accendo Counseling is a mental health private practice offering individual and group counseling to children 10 years old and up, teens, young adults, and adults. Our goal is to meet each client with compassion and warmth while also providing excellent clinical care so that clients can heal from their pain, grow through their struggles, and ignite goodness within. We are sensitive to the spiritual needs of our clients and incorporate our Catholic faith when it is desired by the client.
Our Vision:
Accendo Counseling consists of a team of professionals who are practicing the catholic faith and work together to support the mental health of the Catholic community and beyond. Using our creative team approach, we help clients work towards a life they find meaningful and fulfilling. We collaborate with churches and schools to make ourselves accessible to the needs of our community at large. We do this because we believe that people are created with a unique purpose, a flame if you will, and without proper attention and care that flame can dim and burn out. Our support seeks to ignite that flame again so that it can burn brighter and stronger than ever.
Accendo is Latin for enkindle or ignite. An oil lamp burns brightly through continual drops of oil. If there are no drops of oil - there is no light. Loving ourselves and those around us means we must fill our lamps with oil.
The staff at Accendo Counseling strives to “fill your lamp with oil” by helping all those who come to us: HEAL from pain. GROW from struggles. IGNITING the goodness within.
